The Cambridge Upper Secondary Science Competition is an extracurricular initiative that cultivates students’ passion for science, aligning with their academic endeavors. Participation in this competition promotes a more profound involvement with science, encompassing practical experimentation, exploration of personal interests, and the utilization of the scientific method, all with a sustainable perspective.
In this competition, two groups of Year 11 students participated. One group concentrated on repurposing used cooking oil to create soap, while the other group focused on developing a solar-powered oven.
