Making and eating zongzi (粽子) with family and friends is an important element of the Dragon Boat Festival celebrations. They’re traditionally wrapped in reed and bamboo leaves to make a pyramid shape. Our students had fun making paper zongzi in celebration of the festival.  Continue Reading
