Following six very successful years as the Head of Upper Primary at the elc Sungai Buloh campus I am delighted to be leading this next chapter.
Our beautiful, green campus features age-specific facilities and learning environments that provide opportunities for primary school children to shape their own learning through inquiry, research, and reflection. At elc International School, we aim to give our students the best possible start to their learning journey and provide a firm foundation on which their future aspirations can be developed, nurtured and built upon.
We believe very much in developing the whole child through a creative and integrated curriculum approach; a happy and confident child is a successful one. The broad and balanced English National curriculum provides the framework for our formal curriculum which ensures progression and continuity by addressing our students academic, social and emotional needs, all whilst encouraging them to develop independence and to take responsibility for their own learning. At elc we strongly believe that student wellbeing is an integral element, especially in an increasingly changing and demanding world.
Our focus has always been and continues to be to provide a quality education that is creative, innovative and stimulating. Our vibrant campus is an exciting and challenging place for students to learn and thrive in and we are pleased to welcome children from all cultures into our community and provide them with a learning environment that recognises and respects their individuality.
