Upper Primary is the intermediate stage between fun and more serious work. The school timetable for Upper Primary reflects a balance of academic learning alongside non-academic development.
The core subjects of English Language, Mathematics and Science form the central part of the curriculum. Learning is further broadened by the inclusion of History, Geography, Computer Science, Second Languages, Art & Design, Music, Drama and Physical Education.
elc places great importance on the learning of a second language and students will be required to study 2 foreign languages which are spread over beginner, intermediate and advanced group levels.
In compliance with the Malaysian Ministry of Education requirements, all Malaysian nationals are required to take Bahasa Malaysia as one of their second languages. They are free to pursue another language which can be Mandarin, Spanish or French (SB Campus)/ German (CJ Campus).
