Our Year 11 students recently had the wonderful opportunity to visit Sunway University for their Learning Exploration Day on Thursday, 7th November 2024. The event was designed to give students firsthand exposure to university life at Sunway University and help them explore potential fields of study.
The day began with a warm welcome and an introductory briefing. Students were then divided into two groups to participate in specialised workshops: one focused on Business and the other on Engineering. These workshops provided valuable insights into their respective disciplines, offering students a chance to engage in practical activities and learn from experts in the field.
Following the workshops, the students were taken on an informative campus tour, followed by lunch provided by the university during which students could share their experiences with their friends and reflect on the day’s learnings.
The trip proved to be an enriching experience, broadening our students’ perspectives on higher education and inspiring them to consider future career paths in Business and Engineering. We are grateful to Sunway University for hosting this event and to our parents for their continuous support in making such opportunities possible.
