This year was quite a journey for the Prefectorial Board because of the innovative changes made in the selection process. Every stage was challenging, exciting and difficult but our selected few have managed to overcome this. It was extremely inspiring as well as overwhelming to note that there were 76 applications for only 17 Perfect spots.
As each candidate showcased their strengths and weaknesses, it instilled an enthusiastic as well as positive attribute towards the Board. The selected Prefects have displayed exemplary character, and determination, which we believe will contribute to the Prefectorial Board greatly. It was no easy feat, so we hope that the newly selected Prefects are just as proud as we are of their accomplishments.
On the other hand, to those who were not selected this academic year, we would like to emphasise that each and every one of you have the potential to become great leaders. We want to encourage you to continue trying your very best and strive to meet your goals. Despite all the challenges faced, we are proud that you remained vigilant and faced these obstacles head on.
