Today we were delighted to welcome former student, Nyoomi Kamani, back to school for a talk to our Year 10 & 11 students on the Chevening scholarship. Nyoomi is one of a handful of successful applicants for this year’s prestigious Chevening Scholarship. She will be undertaking a masters in public policy at University of Bristol in England. She shared some of her wisdom on applying for the scholarship. Alongside this, she gave an insightful and at times humourous account of her experiences in further education and working as a consultant for a government think tank. We are grateful for her taking the time to visit us and wish her all best for the future.
